Bio

Gav started racing in 1991 at Clipstone (now Sherwood Pines) and soon discovered a strong natural talent for cyclocross that enabled a rapid rise through the ranks to become the 1995 National Junior Champion. Internationally he has represented Great Britain in three World Championships and four World Cups between 1995-2002. After falling out of love with the sport for a while, he returned to competition in 2008 following a 5 year gap and is currently focusing on the Notts & Derby Cyclocross League, in addition to a few appearances in national events in recent seasons.
