Non-faulty items 


Where goods are not defective, we will accept returns providing goods are unused; however, we will not bear the costs of returning non-defective items.  Goods are considered used if they have been used in assembly, regardless of whether the end product has been completed or ridden. 


Custom-finished items 


We will not accept return of custom-finished items unless they are faulty since they are unlikely to be suitable for resale. 


Damaged or defective goods 


You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return. If possible, please provide photographs to help us assess the issue. 


Warranty returns 


Our products conform fully with EN testing standards and carry a 24 month defect warranty under normal conditions of use. This does not include crashing, improper use and general wear and tear. Should a product that you buy from us develop a fault whilst still under warranty please contact us to arrange a return.
