WARRANTY

 

 

Full Warranty Policy

 

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non transferrable. 

Proof of purchase must be provided in order to make a warranty claim. 

 

The warranty period is 24 months beginning from the date of purchase. 

Items repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original item. 

 

Fossa Bikes does not warrant against: 

• general wear and tear of components; 

• damage sustained during a crash; 

• failure or damage arising from improper use. 

 

Note that improper use includes, but is not limited to, incorrect installation; poor maintenance or alteration of the product; or using the product for purposes other than that for which it was intended. When installing, maintaining and using your product you should comply with the product's instructions; failing to do so may damage the product and cause accident or injury. 

 

Costs incurred as a result of loss of use are not covered. 

 

If repair or replacement is not possible, Fossa Bikes reserve the right to offer an alternative product of equal or greater value.
