TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods and will govern any sale that we enter into with you.   Entering into a sale is regarded as a contract between us therefore please read these terms and conditions carefully. 

 

These Terms and Conditions are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights. 

 

Purchasing from us 

 

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying said goods and satisfying any warranty claims (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will never use your details for other purposes and you may request we remove your details from our systems by contacting us. 

 

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, but your order will not be processed until we receive full payment.  Until full payment is received there is no obligation on our part to deliver any goods to you. Once we have received your payment we enter into a contract and we will do our best to fulfil your expectations.  

 

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability - errors and omissions excepted. Should our costs change there will be no selling below our cost price. 

 

Payment 

 

Customers making payments through PayPal must have a confirmed address associated with their account. We reserve the right to withhold dispatching any orders where the PayPal account is not confirmed. This does not apply if using a credit or debit card to pay via PayPal. 

 

Delivery 

 

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery address. We will not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to an incomplete or inaccurate address and we will not bear the costs for return or delivery to a different address. 

 

Items lost in the post 

 

In the unlikely event that an item should be lost in the post we will issue a claim as soon as possible and we will take all necessary steps to ensure that compensation is provided by the courier company. 

 

 

Return of goods 

 

 

Non-faulty items 

 

Where goods are not defective, we will accept returns providing goods are unused; however, we will not bear the costs of returning non-defective items. 

 

Goods are considered used if they have been used in assembly, regardless of whether the end product has been completed or ridden. 

 

Custom-finished items 

 

We will not accept return of custom-finished items unless they are faulty. 

 

Damaged or defective goods 

 

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us or to the manufacturer. 

 

Warranty returns 

 

Our products have a warranty against defects for a period of 24 months under normal conditions of use. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and applies to the original owner. It does not include general wear and tear, crashing and improper use. Should a product that you buy from us develop a fault whilst still under warranty, please contact us and inform us that you wish to make a warranty claim, and if necessary, we will arrange for the product to be returned.

We try our very best to exceed our customers' expectations. Should we fail and you need to complain about our service then please contact us. We will aim to respond to questions or queries within 2 working days.
