Fossa Racing booms at Broxtowe

The Fossa Racing team finished the NDCXL season in style at the final event in Broxtowe. The riders loved the course designed by Beeston CC, powering through the muddy conditions to take a hatful of top placings. Leading the charge was Lee Shunburne, with a comfortable victory in the senior men's race. Second was Gavin Hardwicke with a thrilling sprint finish that saw him edge over the line just in front of Gareth Whittall. Matt Crouch put on a superb performance to hold off Mike Young in another nail biting finish and take the win in the V40 event. And finally Ellie Smith finished second in the U14 race, behind National Champion Poppy Wildman, both with a large lead over the rest of the field.
